The purpose of this position is to oversee the billing process, ensuring that invoices are sent to customers in a timely matter, and any required adjustments are entered correctly. The process requires extensive communication with colleagues and customers, data entry using accounting software and computer dispatch systems and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. The successful candidate will have experience in billing, will be a strong multi-tasker with the ability to stay calm while working within a deadline-oriented environment and have excellent time management skills.
Searching for a full time professional, this position is for work Monday to Friday (flexible working hours) in our office located on Coast Meridian in Port Coquitlam.
