Holdings Ltd. sees fit, including contacting the above trade references and banks and obtaining credit reports. My company and I authorize all trade references, banks, and credit reporting agencies to disclose to Phoenix Truck & Crane Ltd. and/or B.C.D. Holdings Ltd. any and all information concerning the financial and credit history of my company and myself.
All insurance and liability is based on $2.00 per lbs per weigh bill. Extra coverage is available upon request subject to the right of refusal and authorization of the manager of BCD Holdings and/or Phoenix Truck & Crane Ltd.
