We are seeking a positive, dedicated and reliable professional who is eager to learn. The purpose of this position is to perform a wide range of administrative duties, including
answering dispatch phone calls, emailing, filing, scanning. Related experience is an asset, but not necessary to apply.

Searching for a full time Administrative Support Professional. This position is for work Monday to Friday (flexible working hours) in our office located on Coast Meridian in Port Coquitlam.

Job Description Details

  • Answer dispatch calls, enter information into dispatch system
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Offer administrative support, including filing, scanning
  • Other duties assigned by Management

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Reliable, punctual, task oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone manners
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel (preferred but not
    necessary)
