HIRING – Call Taker / Receptionist

We are seeking a highly-motivated individual interested in working for a well-established company whose core values centre around people, both employees and customers.

Searching for a full time Call Taker, the chosen candidate will be for answering incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner and enter the information into the company dispatch system. This role requires a person that can demonstrate attention to detail and possesses the ability to multi-task, with an emphasis on accuracy. The working environment is high call/high volume, therefore the ability to work in stressful situations is required. The ideal candidate will be successful if they are proven reliable, punctual, attentive, and composed under pressure. This position is full time, Monday to Friday.

Our office is located at 1130-1725 Coast Meridian Rd, Port Coquitlam, BC.

Job Description Details

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Previous customer service and/or call taking experience an asset
  • Competent using Microsoft Office
  • Adept at multi-tasking
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls and work under pressure
  • Excellent phone manners
  • Excellent typing skills
