HIRING – Billing Clerk – Update: Position Filled

The purpose of this position is to perform a wide range of billing and administration duties. This role is primarily responsible for billing, and with Phoenix being a team environment, other duties will be assigned. Related experience is an asset, but not necessary to apply. We are searching for a full time professional and this position is for work Monday to Friday in our Port Coquitlam office located on Coast Meridian.

Job Description Details

  • Prepare billing on a weekly cycle
  • Generate invoices daily
  • Process manual spreadsheet billing
  • Process credits, debits, manual invoicing
  • Answer incoming customer service calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer dispatch calls and enter information using internet dispatch software
  • Offer administrative support, including filing, scanning, sorting
  • Other duties assigned by Management

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Reliable, punctual, task oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, organizational skills
  • Excellent phone manners
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
