Honouring 30 Years of Service: Mandeep’s Phoenix Journey

Mandeep joined us as a truck driver three decades ago, and 10 years ago he was handpicked to join our Customer Relations team. There couldn’t have been a better fit. Having spent years behind the wheel, he understands our customers’ expectations, had earned the respect of our drivers, knew exactly what it takes to get the job done and brought a level of honesty and empathy that can not be taught. To this day, he continues to build strong relationships by listening first, speaking from experience, and treating everyone with genuine care.

As we presented his 30-year plaque yesterday, we also shared memories from the past three decades. Mandeep reminded us that when he started with Phoenix, he was single. Thirty years later, he has built a beautiful life with a loving wife, three wonderful children, and countless memories along the way.

Mandeep often says that he wouldn’t have had the life he has today without Phoenix, and we feel exactly the same – we wouldn’t be the company we are today without him.
