HIRING – Administrative Support Staff

Searching for a full time Administrative Support Professional. This role requires a person that can demonstrate attention to detail and possesses the ability to multi-task, with an emphasis on accuracy. The perfect candidate is reliable, punctual, takes charge and prioritizes their workload effectively.

This position is for work Monday to Friday and our office is located at 2320 Rogers Avenue, Coquitlam, BC.

Job Description Details

  • Offer administrative support as needed, including (but not limited to) filling, billing, scanning, scheduling meetings, answering phones and taking detailed messages
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Enter information into the company dispatch system accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills and Internet research abilities
  • Adept at multi-tasking
  • Excellent phone manners
  • Efficient typing skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Must exercise a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy and discretion in handling confidential information
